CANCELLATION POLICY:

If your check-in date is 30 days or MORE away:

Full Refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in

If your check-in date is up to seven days away:

50% refund for cancellations up to seven days before check-in date
Possible Reschedule your trip or move it to a new location * Contact the Property Manager for details
- If there is a price difference in the nightly rental rate/fees/taxes from the property you currently have reserved to the new property, you will be liable for any additional charges. If there is a decrease in cost, we will credit you the difference.

If your check-in is LESS than seven days away:

No Refund less than seven days before the check-in date
In all cases, speak with the property manager regarding your specific situation

DAMAGE DEPOSIT WAIVER:

We believe you will take great care of our properties and treat them like your own homes.

Damage Deposit Waiver: - Instead of charging a security deposit, We charge a non-refundable $49 damage waiver fee that covers up to $1,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see the house rules or the rental property agreement for more information about how the damage waiver works. The damage waiver fee is Non-Refundable. If a guest changes properties for any reason, they may be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property at the property manager's discretion.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

A rental agreement must be signed for each confirmed reservation BEFORE arriving at the property.
