Perfect Place Vacation Rentals

We had a wonderful stay! It was such a cozy cute cabin. Great for our family of 3. Close to town and to the national park. We saw a lot of wild turkies in the backyard ! Very clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was cozy in all the best ways and felt like a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals for our family. The beds were comfortable, and one of our favorite parts of the stay was the wildlife! We had a bull elk, deer, turkeys, and other wildlife just off the deck. It was such a treat to sit outside and watch them. In the evenings, when the traffic died down, we could hear the river, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and to restaurants and shops in Estes Park. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again!

Tucked into a peaceful wooded area with peaceful stream. Close to EVERYTHING! We had turkeys visit us a few times, so that was a treat.

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to other travelers. It’s right beside the river, and very close to RMNP, we could not have chosen a better place to stay during our visit to RMNP. We will definitely stay again if traveling in this area again. Host is very responsive, understandable and accommodative. Thanks again!

Wonderful visit. We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Super clean, so many extra amenities, had everything we needed and more. View is spectacular, communication was excellent. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get into town and the park. We all hope to come back and stay longer.

This was hands down one of the best rentals we’ve stayed it. Sara was a fantastic host - communicative, helpful, and sent a booklet of recommendations previous to our arrival. The home is beautiful inside and out. We loved walking along the river and sitting on the back porch. Everything was well stocked - plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries, etc. We had a fantastic and relaxing time.

TGP was absolutely the best place for a home with a non-intrusive gathering area, and very divided levels for room separation, easily for three generations. Everything needed is provided for various large size meals including a great outdoor grill for cooking. The TV area allowed a sports viewing level with ample couch, chair, and snack table access for a great family get-together. It is a Perfect Place and would do it again in the future!!

The place was exactly what we wanted. We had a total of 8 people staying. The 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths worked well for us. That hot tub was great and the outside deck was nice. Sara, the property manager was Johnny on the spot when I had to communicate with her. The two free mountain coaster passes were a plus too! I also couldn’t get over how detailed the instructions were for everything in the house. No stone was left unturned!
