Location was great, right next to RMNP entrance. Every morning we were greated by deer and the afternoon there were elk right outside the cabin. Clean and cozy for a small family, with all the essentials.

This little cabin was a dream! The setting is stunning... right along a river with wild flowers growing abundantly. The interior was perfectly appointed. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable!! The back deck overlooks the river with chairs and a firepit; it even has a hammock. I would return in a heartbeat. Sara the property manager went above and beyond to accomodate our specific needs; we were traveling with a baby and she arranged for a pack and play with bedding. The whole experience... an A++

PEACEFUL, cozy cabin right on Fall River!
I'll start off by saying that Sara is the BEST and the reason we continue to stay at her properties! From start to finish she is available to answer any questions you have or provide with suggestions on where to go or what to do (this is also put together nicely in the binder at the cabin). Each of her properties are well stocked and ready to go - this one was no different. This cabin was recently renovated and was CLEAN, as are all of her properties (we've stayed in 4 different ones) . When we weren't in the park (the entrance is just a couple miles away), we really enjoyed relaxing on the back deck either in the hammock or next to the firepit while the boys caught a couple brook trout in Fall River. We had several elk stroll through the yard each day we were there. This cabin was removed enough to be extremely peaceful, but also close enough to enjoy the amenities of town as well (Cinnamon's Bakery is a very short drive down the road!!!). I can't wait to get back here, what a great spot! Thank-you Sara for another great stay in Estes Park!!
