A luxurious mountain retreat, this townhome has just been newly decorated - EVERYTHING inside is BRAND NEW! A true Colorado Getaway! All of the furnishings and decor have been handpicked for you! As you ascend inside the property, you are greeted by a living room with a wall of windows and spectacular views of Prospect Mountain and Longs Peak. The open concept main floor provides a friendly and inviting living space complete with vaulted ceilings, exquisite views, and rich hardwood floors. All of the windows throughout the property are easy to open, providing fresh mountain air! The living room has a large sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy logging onto your favorite streaming apps on the 55" Smart TV equipped with surround sound. 3 Kings Retreat also has reliable, high-speed WiFi throughout the property with download speeds up to 600 Mbps.
The dining area has a beautiful antler chandelier and "live edge" wood table that seats eight comfortably, with chairs and benches for gathering and making memories. The breakfast bar stools also provide for extra seating at the counter. A glass door opens to the deck to enjoy the cool mountain air. On the deck, you will find a gas grill, patio table/chairs, and deck furniture for relaxing in the afternoon or preparing your favorite barbecue dinner.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, rich, warm wood cabinets, and plenty of space for preparing meals. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and fully equipped with every item for your cooking convenience. The windows in the kitchen provide a fantastic serene view while you enjoy your morning coffee. Take in the beautiful Aspen trees and the occasional wildlife passing through. We have resident deer, elk, bear, coyotes, chipmunks, and mountain birds.
Just off the dining room/kitchen area are the half bath and the Master bedroom. With its comfy KING size bed and new memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, incredible walk-in closet, and private bathroom, you will feel like royalty. The master bedroom has a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV. The bathroom has a glass walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and plenty of space for storing personal items. This bathroom is stocked with shampoo/conditioner, body soap, basic cosmetic needs, and a professional quality hairdryer.
The lower level has a lovely family room for additional space to gather with a second fireplace, mounted 43" Smart TV to stream your favorite shows, comfy leather chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The media console is stocked with games and toys to help occupy your family's time.
Just as you come in from the two-car garage, there is the laundry/mud room - big enough to hold all your hiking boots and gear. The mudroom also has a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, iron, and ironing board are all provided.
Downstairs you will also find the 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms, each with KING size beds with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, comfy pillows, ceiling fans, and that "at home" feel. Feed the ducks, sit on their patio, listen to live music all while enjoying breakfast sandwiches and light meals. Right next to Coffee on the Rocks is Dick's Rock Museum and the Red Rose Rock Shop.
